We had a 7 bed HMO in Southend, all with en-suites. TCS fitted us in with a fair price. Turned up on time and got the job done at a very good standard. My team was there doing some finishing touches and the cleaners worked around us with out a single moan. Just cracked on and gave me a great job. Shane and team did a great job, were easy and friendly to deal with, and went out of their way to get the job done on a timeline that worked for us. New house went from feeling very ‘lived in’ to feeling like a fresh new space for us to move into.
