  Dining room update

  Ray and Luciana have done work for me previously on the house and garden. This time the dining room needed updating. Decorated room, put down new flooring in hallway and dining room, built a cupboard / shelving unit. Removed old gas fire, plastered chimney breast and installed new electric fire. Ray will listen to what I am looking for and advise, the house is old so walls are not always straight but will provide a work around. Another great job completed and delighted with the finished room.

  Decorating and carpentry

  This is the third time that Ray and Luciana have carried out work for me after initially being highly recommended by a neighbour. They show excellent attention to detail and are skilled and knowledgeable. In addition, they are punctual, cheerful and extremely clean and tidy workers. This job was the decoration of a kitchen, front room, bathroom and the building and painting of an understairs storage area, which I'm extremely happy with. Ray also adapted and improved boxing in work in two rooms that had been carried out previously by someone else. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Installed Handrail and Spindles and Decorating

  Raydid an amazing job replacing our old handrail and spindles on our staircase and landing. The finish on them is perfect, and we love the results. He also replaced all of the skirtings and architraves on our landing, fittend new sockets and switches, and painted ceilings, walls, doors and all of the woodwork. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. He worked hard and was always tidy and friendly. We will definitely use him on future projects.

  Laying new flooring

  Ray did an amazing job of replacing and relaying the downstairs flooring in our house. He removed the old carpets, relevelled all of the floors with layex, then laid Karndean flooring throughout, and added caulking to neatly finish. Ray was always friendly and thorough, and his attention to detail was perfect. He was always neat and tidy at the end of each day.

  Painting and decorating

  After having Ray refurbish the bathroom I decided to have him and Luciana paint and redecorate the whole of the downstairs and stairs and landing. Including laying new flooring from the kitchen through the lobby area and bathroom and varnishing all the doors . Again the work was excellent and done to a really high standard. Would thoroughly recommend them!
