Tom at Total Bathrooms is a highly experienced and efficient designer. His excellent knowledge and patience have been much appreciated as we’ve wanted to instal four new bathrooms on a tight budget. We have used Total Bathrooms on several projects over many years and thoroughly recommend Tom and all his colleagues.

Tom at Total Bathrooms, Bath, was a pleasure to deal with, he was very patient, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. From our first visit, placing our ordering, all the way through to delivery, everything was smooth and easy! Every member of staff we dealt with was helpful and efficient. We visited a couple of showrooms prior and felt disheartened by poor customer service, so coming across Total Bathrooms was a very pleasant surprise. We have worked with Total bathrooms for approximately 4 years now installing bathroom suites , they supply customers with quality bathroom suites, flooring, tiles etc. The plans and drawings are very clear for us and customers to understand. As a company they are always very efficient and professional and work together with clients to make sure they end with a dream bathroom. I have myself purchased bathroom suites from them and had a great experience.

The company contacted me and advised they did not do the actual fitting but asked if they could pass details to Fix It (SW) Ltd who do their bathroom fitting. They contacted me on the Monday afternoon and John came out on Tuesday afternoon. He said they could do it by replacing part of the pipework and cutting away part of the base, rather than removing. Matt contacted me and said could do work next morning and Chris came and carried out work. Total cost of labour and materials £180. Really happy with whole service.

I have worked with TB for a few years now installing Bathroom and Wetrooms, and I can honestly say they have been brilliant! If ever there’s an issue on site, whether it be wanting an extra tile or changing something for the customer? Total Bathrooms are straight on it! Doesn’t matter who picks up the call, they drop what they’re doing and help me right away. Amazing service that is rare to find these days. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Bathroom as they will look after you from start to finish
