I’m really pleased with the laminate flooring fitted in my flat. From the moment I visited the shop to choose the flooring, the communication was clear, consistent, and genuinely helpful. I was kept updated by email and throughout the job, which made the whole process really straightforward. The flooring itself is excellent quality, and the work was completed efficiently without taking long at all. The finish is brilliant, I absolutely love my new floor. The price was very reasonable for the standard of workmanship and service. I’d definitely recommend!

Great service from start to finish! From a quote a samples being brought to my home to the fitters completing the work to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble. Even a follow up call to check I was happy with the work before my final payment. Very happy with my new bathroom flooring! Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Torquay Carpets and Flooring for a professional and affordable service. I got several quotes from different places and this one was the best, but what made me go with this company was the security they transmitted, I could tell they know what they are doing and only work with the best materials and professionals. Scott is lovely and very helpful and Dan did an amazing job fitting the tiles. Will definitely come back if I need any more carpet/ tiles fitted. Very happy with my floor, looks beautiful :)

Torquay Carpets & Flooring were commissioned to install flooring x2 large offices, there was a time scale that we were working to. The company went out of there way to ensure the flooring was fitted within our deadline. The work was to an excellent standard I would highly recommend we will be using Torquay Carpets for future projects. Staff all helpful and professional.

We were very happy with the service, from the initial meeting with Tyrone to discuss our needs and select the right carpets and underlay, where he showed his knowledge and gave some good advice. Then the day of fitting all the work was completed promptly with no mess and to an excellent standard. I can highly recommend and will be using their services again in the future.

I was recommended to use Torquay Carpets and Flooring from a friend and im glad I did. Tyrone measured up the bathroom and gave me advice on what flooring would be suitable. I received a very reasonable price for the work to be done. The communication was excellent and Chris the fitter did a great job, including tidying up and taking away the old flooring.
