  Joe did a brilliant job. I had a vision to paint my flat and also transform my dull kitchen. Joe made all that happen. He is very polite, good listener, keen to details and very skilful. He helped me find someone in his network to fit new carpets too. I am thankful for his service and I highly recommend him.

  I had been considering getting my house repainted for some time and the exterior condition was getting poor. I saw Joe working on a nearby house and over time i could see that he was doing a great job. We spoke and soon after he was able yo do the same thing for me. He did the work well (it looks far better now) but also, he is helpful, honest and trustworthy. I would use him again and recommend him to freinds and family

  I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. The quality of the decorating is absolutely top class, with a fantastic finish throughout my home. Every room has been completed to an exceptionally high standard, and it’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into the job. He was incredibly clean and tidy from start to finish, always making sure everything was protected and leaving the house spotless at the end of each day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, hardworking decorator. Excellent service, excellent workmanship, and great value. Thank you

  Joe from Torbay Decorating was very promp, hard working and has a eye for detail. He completed the job with a proffesional attitude and at a fair price. He is respectful and polite, and left the job clean and tidy. Highly recomended and will use for future decorating needs.
