  EICR's for my rental properties

  I used TopVolt for an EICR for my rental properties, and the tenant was extremely pleased with the service provided. They specifically commented on the punctuality, tidy workmanship, and the polite, professional attitude shown throughout the electrical work. Keanu was outstanding — he was honest and transparent about what needed to be done, explained everything clearly with supporting evidence, and genuinely took pride in carrying out the work to a very high standard.   Installation of an auxiliary fuse board and EV power cable to an external EV charging point.

  1st contact was efficient and friendly. Carried out a site visit to confirm what was required. Stayed in touch between then and install date, answering any questions I had quickly and clearly. On installation day he worked with care and efficiency to complete the work exactly as promised. Again he answered any questions I had throughout the installation process. Would definitely recommend TopVolt and will use him again.
