Arranged for Luke to attend my 90 year old grandfathers property to install a sure stop switch due to the difficult position of the valve behind the toilet and his impaired mobility to access. Luke was very courteous, attended on time, completed a brilliant job and left everywhere really clean and tidy. My grandad felt very at ease with his lovely manner and was thrilled with the work he did. We had a big leak under our bathtub and needed help with finding the source and fixing it. Luke has great communication, showed up when he said he would and carried out the work very professionally.
