Quick response with a reasonable quote. Appointment for the work was agreed, to suit my timetable. Crew turned up on time, sign written vehicle, well equipped. Top spec cleaned our roof and gutters. previous contractor created one hell of a mess when they cleaned the roof a few years ago. This was a totally different experience. Very professional team with quality gear. Roof cleaned with scaffold access. I asked Top Spec for a quote for the property, and they came back promptly with a competitive price so I booked them. On the day, the operator was on time & completed the cleaning and also asked my mother to check to see if she was happy with the work, which she was. I checked the property when I was there that evening, and they did a good job in all tasks and left the area clean & tidy: Gutters cleared and cleaned Fascias and soffits cleaned Front windows cleaned Rear back windows cleaned I would recommend Top Spec to others, as they are reliable & competitive in pricing.Verified reviewerJob location: SO1810 Roof Cleaning
