Dan turned up on time . explained what he could do ...and then just got on and done it. He suggested I may need to change aerial but didn't give me the hard sell ! Engaged Dan again after using him previously for external TV aerial repair. Removal of old TV and mounting a new larger TV on living room wall. All done very efficiently and no problems, Dan helped then with set up of the new TV and some other advice.
