Urgent Roof/facia required at my Mother`s house pending a Home Report being carried out. Not only did Andrew (TopShield) meet me to discuss work but he managed to fit work into a busy schedule going the `extra mile` & touching up other areas requiring attention. Would fully recommend.

The only “emergency” roofers in the area that actually came out the same day!!! Looked at my roof, showed me pictures and videos of my issue to show me what was going on and gave me a quote all within 2 hours of me initially phoning. Came out the next day and fixed my leak. Could not recommend enough! Very professional and so quick at replying. Thank you guys!

Terrific team, hardworking quick and thorough. Very careful with our solar panels and white paintwork. Roof is transformed.

Andrew did a job for me in July 2025. In September I messaged him to say that the problem had not been resolved. He said he would have to investigate. I waited until 26th November and there was no contact so I left a negative review… he contacted me instantly saying he wasn’t ignoring me, he just forgot! He asked if I would remove the review if he agreed to come out and solve the problem. He promised to carry out further work. I removed the review and have not heard from him since 2nd December (5 months!). Andrew talks a very good game but is full of excuses and false promises!!

Excellent service from initial assessment of work required to completion. Andrew talked me through the work/repairs that were necessary, inspecting the roofs both inside and provided photos and video of the areas I could not access. He also provided a detailed statement of work and quoted a total price inclusive of VAT to cover all aspects of the work. After agreeing a start date all the work was carried out within two days and his team cleared up all debris. They will certainly be my first point of contact for any future work.
