Tim's communication was excellent, keeping me informed of his movements and how quickly he could respond. He resolved the issue fast and has been the finiest experience we've had with any plumbing service. Highly recommend!

Tim did a brilliant job and I'm so glad I found him! He went to a lot of effort to find the best and most cost effective way to fix the problems with both the shower and toilet. He discussed everything with me and kept me informed, and his work is excellent - all done with care and attention to detail. Tim's charges are fair, and he is trustworthy and likeable.

My gas boiler was leaking from inside the casing. I posted the job and TOP Services replied quickly. Tim was very pleasant and booked me in for the following morning. His communication on the day was great, letting me know he was running a bit late with traffic. Tim diagnosed the issue quickly, persisted in ringing around a few suppliers to find a replacement part in stock and came back the same afternoon to fit the part and finalise the repair. Tim was very knowledgable, polite and kept me informed at each step. Highly reccomend!

The service provided by Tim was exceptional from start to finish. If I could rate higher than a 10 I would! I contacted Top Services Plumbing & Heating via Checkatrade and quickly received a reply from Tim followed by a phone call. He was able to diagnose the issue on the call and gave me a choice of replacing a part to save money or the whole unit. The pricing was competitive and transparent throughout. Tim kept in touch during the entire process. It’s obvious he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The installation was quick and efficient with a perfect result. Very happy!
