  Rear kitchen extension and dormer plus full refurbishment

  The guys from TPS quoted for the works, they turned up when they said they will, they gave us a quote within 48 hours which we agreed, they gave us a start date which they started on promised date, our favourite bit was where they estimated the works to be finished by the end of January 2025 and they were done by the 4th of December 2024 at a high standard finish, we were able to move in and spend Christmas in our beautiful new home. To the team thank you so much for an amazing work. We cannot recommend you guys enough!!

  Track and trace Leake, repair Leake, repair and plaster ceiling and paint three storey walls

  It was a pleasure to have picked these guys, turned up as arranged from the start , took control of the situation, worked out where my leak was coming from , repaired leak replaced and plastererd ceiling , then painted my three storey house walls and ceilings from top to bottom . Took care with preparation and covered everything up . Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Ground floor extension

  10/10 for Jimmy, Alex and team for completing our extension. The quality of work is top notch, excellent. Nothing is too much for any of the guys, very polite punctual and even work late into the evening to make sure jobs are done I highly recommend to friends family and will definitely use again for future projects.   Absolutely amazing builders! Very professional, reliable and courteous. They've done a full work from foundations all the way to fine decorative finishes. Reasonable prices for exceptional services. Extremely recommended.

  Single storey extension and replaced the old existing roof with a new one

  Absolutely brilliant work! Aleks and Jimmy from Top Property services managed to fit us in after we were let down by an other company, we were promised by Top property Services to finish the extension and change the whole of our old roof and the work was finished in just over 6 weeks. Extremely professional and always on time. The job was done perfectly and left the place everywhere tidy once finished, we would highly recommend those hard working men and most definitely use them again in the future. Jimmy (Gzim) also fixed our boiler free of charge as he is also a qualified gas engineer.
