I had a great experience with Tom. I required some urgent assistance and he was able to fit me in at short notice. He arrived on time to the appointment and clearly explained what the problem was, what was needed to rectify and why. He was friendly and reliable, and communication was easy. He followed up after the appointment to check if I had any further questions before he produced the report I required. Responded quickly and repaired same day perfect

Contacted Top Point due to a on going problem with our roof. Tom responded quickly to arranged a visit. The problem was found straight away and all our options were discussed. The team at top point worked very hard in replacing the old roof along with removing all the old spray foam which was very messy. Overall we are very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend.

The two valleys on my tiled roof were both leaking. Tom from Top Point arrived to quote as arranged and quoted a price that I felt was competitive. Scaffolding was quickly arranged by Tom and after a slight weather delay Tom, Colin and Charlie arrived to carry out the work. All three were polite, a pleasure to talk to and simply cracked on with the job at hand with barely a break. Each old valley was removed, tiles cut and all replaced in two days. Best part is the next day it rained cats and dogs and not a drop came in. Excellent service and work and will recommend Top Point to anyone.

My mother's bungalows needed several roof tiles replacing. Tom contacted me within a short time of me using checkatrade. He arranged to meet me at the property and assessed the damage. The tiles are a very old type, however Tom said he would take a photo and try and source some. He contacted me the next day, to inform me that he had found some, quoted a price, which I agreed to. He later contacted me, a day was arranged and the tiles replaced, the old tiles were removed. A thoroughly first class job from start to finish.

Tom arrived at short notice and quickly identified the issue of multiple broken tiles and provided photos of damage. He offered a swift response to do the work at a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would recommend, and we would also use his services again if needs be.
