  Richard painted our living room, hallway and bedroom. This included some very fiddly woodwork. He did a fantastic job! The finish is high spec, we are so pleased with it and will be definitely be using him in the future. He is very reliable, trustworthy and honest.

  Richard has done a wonderful job painting my weatherboard house. He has been friendly, courteous and very considerate and quiet given my housebound invalid mother. Fabulous work in sometimes awkward weather conditions.

  This was a complete house exterior paint job that exceeded my expectations. The work was carried out to a very high standard in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Topnotch Property Services on the basis of the high standard of overall service I received. Nothing was too much trouble and highest operator skill set.

  Installation of a garden office, including full interior and exterior painting and decorating.

  We've been using Richard for nearly 10 years for all our painting and decorating, both at home and in our rental properties. He's always reliable, works to a high standard, and takes real pride in what he does. Most recently, he installed our garden office, fitted the laminate flooring and blinds, and did a fantastic job painting and decorating both inside and out. Highly recommended. (Pictures attached – the office still needs to be set up, so it doesn’t look perfect yet)

  If you want outstanding results then please do yourselves a favour and use richard. his prices are fair and he does a full day every day.HE decorated our hall staircase landing and a bedroom all to a very high standard.
