Luke was professional throughout the whole process. He was punctual, maintained excellent communication, and walked us through our options the whole time. He paid amazing attention to detail and finished the flooring beautifully. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess, and was clear on timelines and expectations. He even recommended a great person to do our stair carpet. I would contract Luke's services again in a heartbeat, we are loving our stylish new floors!

Luke responded quickly to a request to replace the flooring coverings in downstairs rooms and was professional throughout the work. He replaced ancient carpet and old laminate flooring with new a lovely new laminate and skirtings that looks amazing. It was not straightforward as it is an old house with crooked walls and uneven floors but Luke managed to work around this. He is a skilled, knowledgeable craftsman who is passionate about his work and this is evident in the excellent finished of the job. Luke was recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Luke did an outstanding job in restoring our Herringbone floors. We actually didn’t think it possible to be restored to the quality of work that Luke produced. An amazing result given how damaged it was originally.

The standard of Luke's workmanship was exemplary and we are very pleased with his work and would thoroughly recommend him. He was meticulous in reducing the mess to a minimum and cleaning up afterwards. I initially contacted Luke to assess a small oak floor in need of rejuvenation. He responded promptly to visit, assess and discuss our options for the floor. Being a fairly small room we decided upon the new floor option. Luke removed and disposed of the old flooring, screed the underlying floor, then laid the new floor and fitted new skirting boards.

I cannot recommend Luke highly enough if you have a wooden floor in need of some care. We recently bought a house with a 1960s wooden parquet floor, which had seen better days. Luke did an absolutely "Top Notch" job of bringing it back to its former glory. He carefully repaired the various damaged or missing tiles (luckily we had some spares), sanded it all down, filled in the holes and gaps where the original floor had gaps between the tiles, and varnished it. All the original damage and discoloration is gone and the floor looks as good as new. Thank you Luke!

Luke replied very quickly to our request to quote for wood flooring throughout the downstairs of our house. We were impressed straightaway with his obvious knowledge and experience in fitting wood flooring and were happy to take his advice on what would work for us. From day one we were amazed how extremely hard Luke works and his attention to detail. He was very tidy as he worked and cleaned up before he left each day. The work was completed exactly by the time he said. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke. He is a genuinely nice, friendly guy and was also helpful in DIY tips. Superstar!!
