  A superb job at a fair price.

  We contacted Jake having read the reviews on his work, he was able to call in the same day and give us a quote for gutter replacement over our porch area. His quote was very fair and he arranged to do the work the following week. He turned up as promised and has done an excellent job. He was very tidy in his work, left no mess whatsoever and did a first rate job on replacing the broken gutter. He was a very friendly worker and we would recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you Jake and team for a first rate job.

  Reliable, honest and fairly priced

  I wish I'd contacted Yopline Property Maintenance a long time ago when I started having problems with perishing felt causing my roof to leak. Despite many other companies saying they would give me a quote nothing came of it. Finally I contacted Check a Trade and within a couple of days Jake came out, went up on my roof and gave me a quote. The work was completed within a couple of weeks with a clear explanation of the problem and remedy. Jake and his colleagues, Jake and Jake (😅) were punctual, friendly, tidy and efficient. I will definitely use the company in the future and recommend them.

  Fast and efficient service.

  Although my job was small, TPM came out to my property to quote for a gutter repair. Great communications, kept me informed. Competitive price offered. Next day, they had obtained a superior gutter joint, rang me to arrange fitting and the job took no more than 15 minutes to complete. Thanks Jake. I'm a happy bunny!
