  Jake was polite and punctual. Him and his team worked like troopers and had 2/3rds of the job completed on the first day. Good price and to excellent standard. I have used Topline Property Maintenance before on my last house and they didn't disappoint then either. I would certainly recommend this company.

  Fascia’s, soffits, guttering done

  We had our fascia’s, soffits and guttering done. Jake was so polite and his quote was very reasonable. The work was completed to a high standard within two days with no mess whatsoever and all rubbish taken away. We would definitely recommend this lovely family business.

  Fixed our guttering

  Our guttering had started leaking and Jake at Topline was brilliant. He came around for a quote on the same day we found him on Check a Trade. He quickly fixed the problem the following day. Super friendly and really took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to repair it. While he was up there he popped some of our roof tiles back in place too. Would definitely recommend.
