  Outstanding work by a true professional

  This is the second time we have used Armando to decorate rooms in our house. Last year it was our sitting room, this time he has painted and plastering our kitchen diner and utility room. It is no exaggeration to say we are delighted with the quality of his work, and this is underlined by a cheerful, can-do attitude. He is also punctual and reliable, and nothing is too much trouble. Add to this his reasonable prices, and I have no hesitation in recommending Armando to anyone who wants an outstanding job by a real tradesman.

  A Painter You’ll Never Want to Replace! High quality job!

  You know how when you find somebody that is so good that you never want anybody else to do the painting and decorating ? Well that man is Armando. Absolutely meticulous, perfect attention to detail, accurate, neat, great finish, and all the mess cleared up daily. And not too expensive at all, especially considering the quality of his work. And a pleasure to deal with and to have around. If you can book him, look no further.

  Amando and his team were recommended to us by our builder and painted our house from top to bottom as part of a full house renovation. We really could not be more pleased with the end result. Attention to detail, expertise and professionalism were all 2nd to none. Thank you so much Amando, you really are the best at what you do!

  Very pleased with our newly painted kitchen/ breakfast room. Armando did an excellent job with no fuss or hassle. He talked with us through out ensuring we were happy as the job progressed and was professional and friendly. I can highly recommend TOP COAT Painting & Decorating should you have a decorating project and want someone who delivers what they promise. We will definitely be using Armando again.

  Good job painting our home internally and externally

  Amando and his team have completed two painting jobs for us, one internal and one external. Both were completed to a high standard with preparation work done thoroughly, all cracks filled to become invisible and a neat paint finish. They were responsive to our communication,. They were neat and tidy, covering floors and furniture and leaving our home as tidy as they found it. We were very pleased with both jobs and would recommend them
