He is very thoughtful about what he does: for example, he designed an elegant way of opening a back panel to give plumbers access to the boiler pipes. He checks what the client wants before making decisions. He worked hard with no distractions. He has a very high standard of craftsmanship- the kitchen was beautifully fitted.
