Our roofer who had previously taken down our two chimneys noticed while driving past our house that two of the roof tiles he had replaced three years before had moved. Since they were under guarantee he took the time to stop and inform us. Once on the roof it became obvious that the roof was in a bad way. Three days later we had a complete new roof, and it looks great.
