I had a great experience with Steve from TopCat Pest Control. He was easy to contact, professional, and explained the process in detail both over the phone and in person. Although there was no significant rodent issue, I appreciated his thoroughness and clear advice. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary products, which I found reassuring. The service fee was reasonable, considering the travel time. We suspected We had Squirrels in the loft after hearing Scratching and banging, We called Top cat pest control, and I am so glad We did.
