We’ve used Topbuild for three major projects over the past few years - an extension, a new roof, and an outbuilding conversion - and have always had a great experience. Garry and his team are professional, trustworthy, and deliver excellent work. Highly recommended.

We used Garry’s company in 2016 for our rear extension , 2017 for our roof and again this August 2025 to reshape our bathroom by knocking separate toilet and make it into a one bigger bathroom. Garry supported us from the beginning by giving precious advice and recommendations that are always very wise and within our budget. We are happy to call them over and over as it is a nice and trustworthy team. They work to a high standard , listen to the client’s feedback and are very clean and quiet. We are very happy with the result and we would use Garry and his team again. Highly recommended.

Garry was recommended to us by a friend, and we’re very glad we went with his team. They did an excellent job on the groundwork for our log cabin, completing everything within the agreed timeframe. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use their services again in the future.

Garry is very personable and available. The team’s work is of a good quality and they have been easy to have around. They do not work long hours or work weekends as I have experienced with other builders but this has not impacted timescales. I have recommended Garry to others which I would not do lightly. They are now doing the test of the house renovation/extension.

What a great job. Great workmanship. Really lovely team around him and project managed brilliantly from start to finish, completing ahead of schedule too!! Garry brought in different tradespeople as and when required who were equally brilliant! Always friendly and most importantly, consultative offering great advice. The bare brick wall in the stairwell is a revelation. Well done Garry and team. 1st floor Bathroom next!!

Topbuild prepared the groundwork / footings for a glass extension. They did a fantastic job, within the agreed timescale and exactly as we’d requested. Garry liaised with the glass box company we were using and plumber to ensure everything went smoothly and accurately. Our flat roof has been completed professionally and we’re very pleased as always with Topbuild. We would highly recommend. Reliable and trustworthy
