Very prompt reply and thorough diagnosis of the problem. Work was carried out within a day.

I noticed the back wall of my back yard was leaning significantly into the alley, and bulging. I got in touch with Joe and he was very local so popped round the same week to have a chat through some options. Joe gave me 2 or 3 different options, varying in cost and explained the pros and cons of each and we landed on a half brick rebuild topped with fencing. Got booked in, and Joe worked around my working hours, when I was in and out etc. Always on time, polite, clean & tidy and professional and always took the time to explain things to me! 10/10 would recommend Joe and the guys, thank you!

Joe has been ace, great communication, kept me in the loop the whole time in terms of work, progress and costing/advice for any additional work I may need and how it could be done. Joe was promt at every point! I felt totally supported by him in my plans. He turned up on time and completed the work to a beautiful standard within a week from start to finish.
