10 Fitting of family bathroom

Ion and team were fantastic across the whole project. They pay attention to detail and make sure everything’s done to the best standard. Also small things that make all the different such as double checking all the fittings, tiles, etc were right before ordered, cleaned up minimise dust and mess to minimise disruption. I contracted Top Aspect upon recommendation of a friend who had also had their bathroom done, communication was excellent throughout and the bathroom was delivered within budget. (Went over actually because I added some expensive marble tiles from the initial quote). I've worked with Top Aspect before when I needed my bathroom redecorated. I was so pleased with the final outcome I decided that I would reach out to them again for the kitchen. They did an excellent job. I had very specific needs; I needed the kitchen gutted but wanted the worktop to be preserved. Other decorators told me that would be impossible but Ion and his team were able to manage this comfortably and not damage it at all. The communication with the team was fantastic. Top Aspect carried out a full bathroom renovation solving complex challenges to install a wetroom shower, free-standing bath, wall-mounted toilet, concealed valves, under-floor heating and tiling, bringing our dream design to life. Ion oversaw the project and provided excellent advice and communication along the way, and Mihail worked tirelessly on site over the 2 weeks. Just Imagine how skilled a fitter needs to be in order to be able to perform a single bathroom installation:
1) Design: practical and easy to use in real life, there're so many secrets and tips for a lifetime bathroom.
2) Plumber: a professional plumber is critical for a leak proof installation and peace of mind for future, able to work with both compression and coper, both exposed and concealed shower mixers and valves, final items like shower enclosures, wall hung toilets and vanity units, both modern or Victorian installations.
3)electrician (ceiling lights, extractor fan or timer fans, wall lights, shelf lighting, electric mirrors, electric underfloor heating, shaver/tooth brush sockets, electric radiators or heaters, shower pumps, whirlpool bathtubs, bathroom TV , wifi music :) etc.
4) carpenter: suspended ceilings, strong partition walls and carcasses, inset shelves, right reinforced floors before tiler comes, door installation, window replacement, bathroom furniture etc.
5) Good waterproofing knowledge, shower waterproofing, bathtub waterproofing, floor and walls waterproofing, wet rooms, wet-room* shower-tray installation.
6) Tiler, able to work with all types of tiles and patterns, right adhesives for different types of tiles and colours, flexible floors(in lofts), right grouting process.
7) Plaster and skimming .
8) Painter and decorator.
9) Silicon man, right type of silicone, combined with tiles colour, mould proof, waterproof and of course nice finish.
10) least but not last , a clean and tidy working space with relevant carpet and floor protection.
