He was very polite and friendly, he made sure to check I was happy with the position of the tap. The work was done very quickly and everything was spotless afterwards. Very punctual. Turned into a bigger job than expected as flush on the way out but I didn't know about it till work carried out. Very pleased this was also fixed and not left.
