Pleasant, conscientious and pleased with the work he did.

Having fitted a new kitchen tap. I was unable to stop leaks on the hot and cold pipers. After repeated attempts it became clear I need help. Booked a visit which was responded to with two hours. Following day William arrived within the time slot. His professional services and experience fixed the leaks.

We had a radiator brake and water flooding out on Saturday evening. Called William for emergency plumbing. Called three plumbers but only William would come. Buying supplies on way. Took about 1 1/2 hours. Very reasonable. Would recommend.

Came looked at the job, went off, got what was needed, return and completed the job in the time he advised, left site clean and tidy. Good worker.

Replaced various parts in our toilet and fitted a new seat and dealt with a blockage.
