We had already hired one plumber who misdiagnosed the issue and left the work unfinished. This job was a challenge as there were three leak points but Tooth's identified them all and worked tirelessly to get them fixed. We were over the moon to be certain that a good job had been done so we could close this chapter! 100/10 would hire again.

This was a very challenging job so I appreciated Tooth's candor and ability to communicate each and every issue we were facing. He fixed three separate leaks, spending due care and attention to make sure the fix would hold for us. We had hired other plumbers in the past but we believe Tooth's were far and away the most prepared and reliable. 100/10 would hire again!

William replaced out Saniflo. He was helpful, well organised, polite, efficient and carried out the work as planned. His charges were reasonable.

William arrived when he said he would and had brought a replacement pump after checking the photos of the failed pump I provided. He also sourced valves for the pipework. All work done efficiently and explained as he went. Left the area tidy.

William arrived on time. Very polite and professional. Took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen problems but he cracked on and eventually job was completed. Very pleased with his installation, clean and tidy, and we will be requiring his services in the future. Thank you Wiliam

William was friendly, efficient, professional and quickly solved the problem. I definitely recommend him. My washing machine was leaking into the downstairs flat and I needed urgent help as my water supply had to be turned off. After I spoke to him on the phone he arrived just a couple of hours later. He solved the problem in a little over an hour, including having to run out and find a part. It was an awkward space to work in but he just got on with the job and found a way round it. He also double checked finally that the problem was sorted. Great plumber - will use again. Thanks William!
