    Excellent job with Asbestos removal

    I used Toolbase to remove very dangerous blue asbestos from my property in Leyton in December 2024. They provided an excellent service when faced with a very unusual and challenging job. Due to the type of asbestos, the amount that needed removal, and the design of my flat, other asbestos removal companies told me that I would have to remove all my ceilings to eliminate it. This would have required clearing the entire building and finding temporary housing for the other residents for 10 days.     Elliot contacted me shortly after I submitted my request for asbestos removal. The quote was very reasonable and beat any other quotes I received. Communication with Elliot was very easy, prompt and professional. He always replied to my questions immediately and never left me wondering what is happening. He organised the work very quickly and made it stress free for me. The guys who did the work came on time, worked super hard, left my kitchen clean, tidy and safe. I can’t ask for better service.     Elliot was great - response with a few minutes of my enquiry, full and responsive communication by WhatsApp throughout the process. Gave me a thought quote on the phone and was at the house very shortly after to give me a fixed price. Came exactly when we needed them, finished on time and on budget.
