Tony and colleague were friendly and quickly assessed the problem and outlined the resolution options in a clear and concise manner. They then proceeded to repair damaged chimney flashing and remove moss build-up around the area that was exacerbating the problem. They were quick and efficient, providing what is hopefully a long term fix. I would use them again.
