The old floor was in a terrible state it turned out but Tom managed to get it all up and replace everything, sealed it properly and put in proper drainage. Very happy with the result. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and were communicative, polite and tidy. Would not hesitate to use again

Words can not express how helpful Tom and the team were. Tom advised us on every step and his advice has paid off my Bathroom looks fantastic. From the materials to the under floor mat not sure of the correct name, Tom informed us that as the floor under was a timber floor the matting would stop movement. We still can’t believe how helpful Tom was reasonably priced, very reliable and time keeping was spot on. We would highly recommend Tom Timlin Tiling.
