  To find the fault with my mum’s hot water tank.

  I sent a message to Tom on Checkatrade explaining that my mum had no hot water. Tom replied straight away even though it was out of normal working hours. He arranged to go take a look at my mum’s hot water tank the next day. He arrived on time and took a look. He arranged with my mum to go back later that same day to fix it so that she would have her hot water back sooner rather than later. My mum said Tom was lovely and so helpful. Went out of his way to fix it for her and even checked back on her later to ensure all was still ok. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you again!
