I was signposted to Tom by Bathroom Inspirations, Dorchester, which I knew would not tarnish its good reputation by recommending anybody other than an excellent bathroom fitter. When Tom first visited we also discussed my larger building aspirations; a complete reconfiguration of the upstairs of my home and installation of a new staircase which is now well underway, with me being very pleased with what has been done so far. Tom has a keen eye for detail, is very good at blending aesthetics and practicality, is very skilled and professional, has high integrity and is very courteous.

I couldn't recommend Tom more highly! He is extremely professional, hard-working, trustworthy, polite, friendly and super-skilled! Tom was very patient with me, explaining everything to me in a way I could understand (I’ve never done any building works before), and he made sure I was happy at every stage. He came up with ideas himself to increase the quality of the finish. What was a derelict cottage in Spring became my perfect dream cottage by Autumn with Tom skilfully managing the whole project. Everyone has marvelled at the high-quality finish of Tom’s work. Look no further! :)

Tom was excellent in completing a complex refurbishment of our house. His team took a real interest in our project, worked professionally and considerately, solves problems as they arose and liaised very constructively with other trades and us. Our work was completed on time and to a high standard of care and Tom was flexible in responding to changes throughout the work. We would have no hesitation in engaging or recommending Tom’s company in the future.

Tom did a really great job for us. It was quite tricky and we changed our minds on things quite a few times. He was extremely patient and helpful and also had very good ideas. The work included plumbing, plastering, joinery, tiles, fitting cupboards and construction of cupboards, shelving etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We would definitely employ him again. We were delighted with Tom's work completely restoring and renovating an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room, as well as some small additional work on our Listed property. We valued his professional approach and advice throughout the work which was always undertaken in the most friendly and helpful manner. An excellent job.
