Tom explained exactly what needed doing with helpful suggestions for improvement. He kept me informed relating to the ordering of materials and dates for doing the work. This is the second time Tom has worked for me and yet again he did a wonderful job. New concrete gravel boards, posts and fence panels all in 2 days. What's to fault?
