Tom did some work to add a couple of sockets, move a light switch, replace a ceiling light and install some smoke alarms. He arrived at the time stated, was proactive to solve problems as they arose, and left everything very clean and tidy. He also replaced a couple of other sockets which he spotted had some damage, without extra cost; his bill matched his quote. He was also friendly and professional. Firstly received a very quick response from Tom outlining potential costing of job. We agreed a date and time for work to start and he arrived at the house bang on time. Work was carried out in a professional and thorough manner. No mess and no issues. Tom was extremely friendly and professional. He provided a reasonable quote and worked longer to finish the job in one day instead of two. He was very tidy and went the extra mile to accommodate the outside socket to a suitable position.
