  The flush was broken on the downstairs WC and also needed out boiler servicing!

  Very quick to contact regarding the jobs needing doing and flexible to book us in. Friendly and welcoming service, as a female at home alone it can be daunting allowing people into your home but it was nothing but comfortable! The job was done professionally, efficiently and charged what was previously quoted! Nothing to fault and will be using for any future plumbing and heating needs!

  Toilet leak

  Excellent job carried out by very polite and friendly young men, would highly recommend as the work was carried out the day after they contacted me and visited to inspect the problem. I will definitely contact them if any future plumbing work is required

  A great service from start to finish. Alex clearly identified the problem and explained our options and costs. We were regularly kept informed before work started and the job was completed ahead of schedule to a very high standard. Alex and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and work extremely hard. We would certainly recommend them.

  Replacement heating pump and looked at a blocked drain

  Tommy contacted me promptly and organised a time for some of his team to come out and replace an old heating pump on its last legs. I made contact in December and they came out within a few days as it wasn’t urgent. The guys who completed the work were friendly, tidy and their prices were fair. They also looked at a blocked sink for me but the solution was to pull it out (because of the type of pipe). We ultimately are saving it for a bathroom refit which Tommy is quoting us for. Would use again. Thanks guys
