Very pleased with the quality of work completed - tiling, coving and emulsion painting. When nobody turned up a couple of times, I was not informed of any problems until they arrived. Contacting anyone was an ordeal, with an AI answering service to leave messages nobody responded to. Work took twice as long as planned. Wallpapering got left and I have decided to do that myself. Woodwork painting was left off the quote, so I have to do that myself, too.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you were pleased with the quality of the tiling and decorating. I sincerely apologise for the delays and inconvenience. Several parts of the scope, including sizes, tile quantities and paint choices, were unclear at the start, which affected the timeline. Wallpapering was included in the quote, and I’m sorry it wasn’t completed. We’re improving our communication and project planning to prevent this happening again.
