Tom came out on the same day (Friday), gave us an affordable quote. Completed the job on the following Monday. Before completing the job he confirmed what needed doing and how we wanted the service doing. Tom is polite, reliable, punctual and trustworthy. Completed a neat job and removed all the cut branches.
