My boiler was not functioning correctly. I contacted TomGas to see if they could help. Tom, initially tried to assist over the phone to see if he could save me the call out but when that was not realistic he arranged a prompt visit. Hi knowledge on Bosch Worcester boilers was excellent and soon discovered the fault. He was quick, clean and efficient and the cost was fair for the work done and technical knowledge required.

Excellent communication, friendly and reasonable. Very pleased with the work that was completed. Would use again and highly recommend.

We had an old boiler removed along with the cold water tank, hot water cylinder and central heating header tank and replaced with a new combi boiler. The system also has a chemical flush and new inhibitor. The work was carried out to an excellent standard, Tom was very reliable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Tom’s been great. Informative, reliable and with great communication. We’ve had a leaking tap for years and Tom came, while checking out boiler, and looked at the tap for us. He then came back and fixed the tap. Best plumber we’ve had!
