10 Tom fitted a gas cooker, installed sure stop stop cock and fixed hot water shower issue.

Tom was one of the few people to reply to me from Checkatrade. We were fairly constrained space wise and Tom did a great job. He also saved us the cost of a new shower cartridge as it turned out limescale was not our lack of hot water issue. Tom has just serviced our boiler. In the past he has carried out other boiler services along with services and repairs to our traditional radiator and underfloor systems. He also replaced our previous boiler with the current one. He is always polite and helpful. He is tidy and does not cause any disruption when working. He is reliable, his workmanship is of a high quality and he is happy to take the time to explain what is required. Job location: GU7Tom had done a number of jobs for us previously and most recently fitted a new gas hob. He’s consistently delivered an exceptional service. His communication skills are top-notch - he's always clear, concise, and keeps me informed. His attention to detail is impressive, and he takes obvious pride in his work. After being let down by plumbers and other tradesmen in the past either, not turning up or turning up at the wrong time, perhaps I could do it better.
So, after leaving a 12-year long career in the British Army, I trained as a Gas Safe heating and plumbing engineer.
I moved to Godalming eight years ago and began working on Gas and general plumbing work in my local area.
I discovered one of the most important things for a tradesman is to be where they said they were going to be and when, although this can be incredibly difficult to achieve in practice.
Going forward I believe the most important elements of any relationship is communication and reliability.
To that end my focus is on the customer and understanding their requirements and needs first and foremost in order to provide a flexible and reliable service.
