    Excellent work and communication with boiler fix and pipework

    After the previous boiler installer left the job half-finished, Tom stepped in and made everything right. From adding a central heating return filter and registering the boiler properly to redirecting a condensate pipe and replacing the broken gas meter box, the work was top-notch. Tom's communication was great; he walked me through my options and kept me informed of the progress over the two visits. He was professional and friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

    I needed a new bath/shower tap as the old one had become dangerously sporadic with its temperature. Tom sourced the tap and fitted with no mess or fuss. Invoice received within 24 hours and very reasonably priced.

After being let down by plumbers and other tradesmen in the past either, not turning up or turning up at the wrong time, perhaps I could do it better.


So, after leaving a 12-year long career in the British Army, I trained as a Gas Safe heating and plumbing engineer.


I moved to Godalming eight years ago and began working on Gas and general plumbing work in my local area.


I discovered one of the most important things for a tradesman is to be where they said they were going to be and when, although this can be incredibly difficult to achieve in practice.


Going forward I believe the most important elements of any relationship is communication and reliability.


To that end my focus is on the customer and understanding their requirements and needs first and foremost in order to provide a flexible and reliable service.
