Tom was very personable and reliable. He took the time to make sure all the parts required were ready for install and gave an accurate, fixed quote. Workmanship was great and Tom was quick to respond to an app set up question. Tom also checked in to make sure all was working as it should be. I’m sure there’ll be other jobs that we ask Tom to complete as it was overall a very positive experience

Tom and his team did a fantastic job, very helpful and friendly, very professional, did the hole job in just one and a half days, did a full replacement of all plug sockets, lights, fuse box, two outside lights, and abstraction fan in bathroom, and one smoke alarm, just did a fantastic job.l would highly recommend Tom, for all your electrical issues 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Excellent service. Tom gave really good advice and quality communication through the process. The service was efficient and the final product looks amazing! Certainly will be using Tom again.

although I actually didn't need tom as my fuse box started working. tom was the first to contact me and he was willing to call me and try and rectify the problem over the phone.

My family had a late night electrical emergency around midnight. Tom was one of dozens of electricians we tried to contact and although we didn't leave a message he still responded to my missed call. He was very concerned about the situation so I would be happy to recommend him on that basis.

Very helpful and good to talk to, didn't use them in the end as availability did quite work but was impressed with level of customer service! :)
