In an emergency i needed 2 hardwire sockets swap by for plugs, Tom was very quick at responding and came out within the hour on a Saturday. Did a fantastic job and left the area spotless, would highly recommended

Great communication throughout

Great service and fast callout! There was a problem with the unit after fitting, but it was a faulty unit and not a problem with installation. Dropped what he was doing the following day and came straight out to replace it again. No issues since, and would highly recommend!

Tom called as we were unable to get hot water. He came quickly and worked quickly. A new thermostat was needed and drove to a supplier and fitted and tested the new part. He was very keen to see us with hot water and satisfied. A friendly, quick and competent man.
