Brilliant from start to finish. Arrived on time to quote for job, told us we didn't need to replace our bathroom sink to replace the taps when a previous plumber had given up on the taps. Itemised quote arrived by email the same day. Price was excellent and he offered two dates for the job, both within a day or two of the quote. Arrived on time. Changed sink taps and bath taps, neither of which was easy! Those taps were well stuck on. He was true to his word. Also fitted a new syphon in our ancient toilet cistern. Cleaned up when he finished. Highly recommended.

I had a pipe leaking from a couple of places. Martin correctly diagnosed the issue from the description, showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed it in minutes. Very reasonably priced and great service.

Responded very quickly to my request for repair to the toilet fill valve. Arranged a time to call on the same day, arrived on time and completed the work quickly and satisfactorily. Can't fault. Have used this company before and will do so again. Definitely recommend.

The service was great from the get go. Martin was very responsive and professional with his communication and provided me with a reasonable quote. Liam who came out to fit the tap did a superb job. He explained everything to me before doing the work and showed me the completed work and provided information on winter maintenance. He did a thorough cleanup meaning no mess left behind which I was very pleased about. Certainly would use their services again and would recommend them.
