Lee and team removed skirting board and plaster from three small internal walls, injected the walls with a damp course and re plastered and re fitted skirting. Lee grimes has a history of creating and dissolving companies. Back in 2023 he did some damp proofing for me and the work was terrible and the damp issue was never fixed. I chased Lee to rectify his work, he never replied. I submitted a claim on checkatrade under his old company l&t developments and after submitting my claim this company was soon removed from checkatradeand unsurprisingly dissolved, leaving the poorly written ‘guarantee’ that he provided on a word document void. Avoid at all costs, he will eventually dissolve this company once he has ran out of friends to leave positivereviews

Lee assessed the damp situation fortunately (for us) it was only condensation. A truly lovely professional man,I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and colleagues and using his expertise in the future

Came out quickly to look at an issue that we’ve had for 2 years since our extension was added. Triaged it within 10 seconds to being a DPC issue on the house wall outer brick course. Has resolved with resin, timely as a new floor goes down in a week. Very knowledgable, will use again. Can recommend.
