    Excellent service - we had an internal door lock fixed, it was an unusual size but TNE offered multiple suggestions for the door to be fixed. Quickly fixed from ordering parts in. Thank you!

    Amazing, fast service. Call received and 40 minutes later the lock was changed and it came with 5 new keys. I have never needed a locksmith before but I have stored the number for any future needs or recommendations.

    Locked out and in the house within 30mins

    Stupidly locked myself out on a Sunday, rang TNE arrived 20mins later inside the house within 10mins, great service throughly recommend them.

    Tidy and efficient

    Fraser came to fix internal locks and offered to do our front door handle too. Quick and tidy work and very reasonably priced. Would hire Fraser again without hesitation.

    FAB - Quickly responded within half an hour. No drama just a common sense approach to a dropped door causing the problem with the lock. Would highly recommend & very reasonable on price.

    Patio door wouldn't lock at bedtime on a Saturday night. Tries a few numbers and was quoted unbelievable call out charges before being recommended this company. He was friendly and reassuring and at the house within 20 minutes. Took just over half an hour to fit a new part. Very reasonable bill, fantastic service, would highly recommend.
