  Tim started doing DIY in late 2023 and we were one of his first customers. His work was to a good standard, albeit he wasn’t aware as new in the business to bring a dustpan and brush and tidy up. Tim has failed to turn up for the last two booking. He failed to demonstrate politeness or courtesy by advising that he would not attend; I waited in 2 separate days and no show. In his last visit it was clear he lost interest, three simple picture frames were all wonky and he stated that he didn’t need the bread and butter work from Check A Trade as things had taken off elsewhere “ bigger & better”

  Tim was really friendly and easy to communicate with. He was prompt and worked quickly. He was extremely professional and carried out the jobs efficiently and confidently. He is a reliable contact, always answering by email and telephone. I'm really happy with his service and we will definitely contact him for any future work needed for our office. Thanks Tim :D
