Job was fitting two internal (non fire) doors which needed cutting to size. Tradesman was polite however turned up 30 mins late (930) without a saw and tried to say he was told this was sanding only whilst showing me my ad which said “cut”. Then left for over an hour to get tools. Only after I made a fuss did he manage to at least get both doors on by the 4.15 when he needed to leave to return tools (!?). I had to fit the lock and handles myself. Edges of door where cut were not sanded. IMO a whole day to fit two doors is more than enough. Bedroom door doesn’t close properly

Punctuality with handy man. Arrived half a hour early. Professional and very polite. The entire process was efficiently carried out.
