  Replacing 4 joists, repointing and Securing of corbel.

  Had 4 joists replaced, grinding out and repointing of courses below DPC level and roof verges, securing/tying of corbel and repointing. On time, excellent workmanship and tidied up after. Would recommend and I will be appointing them again for future work.

  Bay window wall and suspended floor

  Mick and his team were absolutely fantastic in fixing a cracked bay window wall and replacing the damp, suspended wooden floor beneath it. They completed the work in just two days, and the finish is top-notch. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and I received tons of free advice for other things that need to be done around the house. Highly recommended!

  side and back extension to Bungalow

  TMT builders and roofers Have just completed a large extension at my Bungalow from first meeting Mick and getting a quote for the work was friendly and professional and every stage of the build was explained clearly so i knew what the quote covered and nothing was hidden mick dealt with the building inspector who was also impressed with the quality and speed of the build the whole team of TMT worked very hard in all weathers to complete the extension which looks fantastic at a very good price Thanks to mick and the lads i will be using you again

  Removal of kitchen window and replacement with two smaller windows and a brick pillar in the middle

  Mick and the team were polite, professional and carried out excellent work. They came round to discuss the job and quote, which we decided to go ahead with. After a final measure of the windows for ordering, they then came round a two days later to fit them. They pulled the old window out, installed two new smaller ones, installed a brick pillar, insulated and plasterboarded internally as requested. Once finished they then cleaned internally and externally as best as they could. Mick was easy to contact thoughout the process and I would have them back in to quote for any future works.
