Terry was very prompt in attending to assess the job - was much better this way - many others just want photographs sent. Job agreed. Slight delay to commencement as discussions in place for possible meter move required. Ultimately not needed. Meter in situ with full access and emergency gas cut-off. Competitive quotation - Brochures left to choose preferred product after discussing needs/requirements. Good email contacts with Terry - also replied quickly. On the day of the job - arrived when stated - to the minute ! Good quality product and work completed in about half a day.
