  EPC for house sale

  I contacted Tommy to get and EPC done for my parents house in preparation to sell. I spoke to Tommy on Saturday afternoon and he booked them in the Monday morning . Communication was very good all the way through . My parents were very happy with the whole process and said what a lovely person and very efficient Tommy was . Would highly recommend.
