Provided an extremely competitive quote, and was heads and shoulders above everyone else who provided a quote with his knowledge of dry rot and damp proofing. Was friendly, polite and a very hard working. Him and his tradesman were both methodical and through when it came to all work carried out. A very trustworthy, hard working man to deal with.
