Job location: CM2Terry listens! He is friendly and proactive. Work is needed in a rental property that will be refurbished shortly. A power shower stopped working and we didn't really want to replace it. Terry tried everything (even going into the roof area to check the power source ). It became evident that we would need to replace the shower as it was older than we thought and now not reliable or safe. Terry offered to check his stock to see if he could replace like-for-like to keep costs down and has even said that he would board in the roof as needed! He's booked in to return this week!9.33 A good, local, professional firm.

We have been using this company for nearly twenty years now. They have never let us down. In an emergency, they have turned up within a very short time, even at weekends, and sorted the problem. The latest problem was only small, but it was dealt with efficiently and all the workmen who come are courteous and a pleasure to have around.
