Terry and Kai recently did a boiler service and helped me out with a big issue created by a previous plumber contracted by the building company I hired to do a loft conversion. I wish I'd hired Terry/Kai for the job back then, as it would have been done properly and saved a lot of money! Terry was very helpful and informative when I wanted Air Conditioning, asking exactly what I needed. He then discussed everything with me and checked that I approved his decisions. After accepting his quote his workers were soon getting job done. They were friendly, cheerful and hard working they worked cleanly and efficiently.
