  Alex came out - got our heating and hot water system up and running after fitting a new part. Very polite and knowledgeable - showed us how to work our Hive as we had no instructions - and also sent us a copy of them to my mobile phone. We will be using this company again. Karen

  Leaking water storage cylinder

  A first class service from Terry. We returned from holiday to discover a water leak. Phoned Terry who provided very helpful advice over the phone to deal with the immediate problem. He then turned up in person first thing the following morning to inspect the leak and resolve the problem. An excellent service all round. Highly recommend

  A complex boiler replacement job and radiator valves

  An issue with the external valve and isolating my internal supply meant it was necessary to freeze the some pipes to change the boiler. T M Hughes communicated all the issues very well and did a superb job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their professionalism and the standard of their work.
