Our boiler broke and we had no hot water. I phoned and spoke to Tom who came out the following morning. He explained we needed a new part and ordered. He put in new parts when they arrived and the boiler worked perfectly. Tom was transparant throughout with costs (as it was an expensive part that went) and only charged the bare minimum for labour costs. The overall service was exceptional and I recommend Tom and his team 100%. Thank you for giving us heat and being an honest and fair trades person.

gas pipe was damaged out of hours and tom came immediately to check and then came and fixed it next morning got job done quickly and sufficiently, very easy to talk to and felt in safe hands, would definitely recommend

Arrived very promptly after I contacted them to fix a leak under my bath. Plumber was courteous, worked quickly, and left the bathroom tidy. Highly recommend.

Tom was very quick to come round when my shower pump decided to stop working. He tested the pump as it could’ve been a fuse, but unfortunately the pump needed replacing. Tom got a pump ordered and fitted in super quick time as he knew that without the pump a home of 4 could barely have a shower. I was very impressed with how professional Tom and his team were. He got me back up and running very quickly and with minimal disruption. The work was very neat and tidied up after himself. I’d 100% recommend TM Gas, I won’t use anyone else.
