Responsive and on time. Kept me fully aware of work needed and updated with phone calls and video clips as work progressed as I was not present. Dealt with my tenants respectfully and diplomatically. Gave me a fair price and stuck to it. Would always use this company again and totally recommend to anyone!

TMC did an excellent job of completely refurbishing my 2 bedroom duplex appartement. They helped with design ideas and prompted my thoughts by showing examples of similar work. The resulting plan was better than I would have done on my own. They quote for the work and then executed this plan. They were polite, neat and tidy. All tradesmen arrived on time and completed their jobs to a high standard, time and budget. Subequently, Tmc have returned when requested for minor jobs. I highly recommend

Thomas and his colleague were punctual and pleasant and efficient in their assessment of the repair and replacement work that needed to be done to clear up a chronic drainage issue in the kitchen/bathroom wet wall on the first visit. The estimate was forthcoming quickly following that visit, and the appointment then scheduled for the follow-up visit a few days later. During that visit they were again punctual and pleasant and efficient, solved the drainage problems, and met the estimate exactly. Overall, excellent tradespeople with whom I am very satisfied.

TMC services have carried out work for us before. The work is always of a very high standard and totally reliable. The advice Tom gives is always really good. Communication is excellent. They cover electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building work. On this occasion several jobs were covered including building a shed, replacing the kitchen tap and three shower heads, building some shelves, adjusting some cupboards that didn't open properly; installing electric sockets; replacing smoke alarms and also built a new step. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
