Thomas was very proactive and responsive from the first contact. His first quote was thorough, with subsequent minor amendments clear and pricing & scope understandable. He was good at making arrangements and stuck to them. Work started on time, finished on time, was in-line with budgets and he was careful throughout. The end quality was good and he offered helpful opinions about the best was to tackle things. I would highly recommend him.

Thomas and the TMC crew were absolutely excellent. Responsive and on time. Kept me fully aware of work needed and updated with phone calls and video clips as work progressed as I was not present. Dealt with my tenants respectfully and diplomatically.
